Project Description: The City of Easton is issuing this RFP to procure a professional consultant to develop a bridge replacement design for the Abbott Street Bridge located over the Lehigh Canal. The bridge is located in historic Hugh Moore Park, and once served as a pedestrian bridge and two canal locks, it is currently used for pedestrian and park vehicle traffic. The details of this RFP are to include an inspection to determine the overall integrity of the structure and determine the load capacity.
