The City of Davenport is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide mechanical and plumbing repairs/replacements at various City-owned properties. This contract is anticipated to be for one year starting with the month of contract award with four possible one-year extensions. Proposals shall be for fixed hourly time and material rates that shall remain in effect for each year of the contract.
Proposals must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Request for Proposals must be reviewed and responded to accordingly. |
