Brief Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to evaluate and award without discussion but reserves the right to conduct discussions in accordance with FAR 52.212-1 if determined to be in the Government’s best interest.
