Construction of a 3 Span Concrete and Steel Bridges in the RM of Meadow Lake No. 588
Synopsis:

For the CONSTRUCTION OF A THREE SPAN – 42.21 METRE LONG X 9.75 METRE WIDE PRECAST CONCRETE AND STEEL BRIDGE over Chitek River located In S.W. 15-59-25 west of the 3rd Meridian approximately 22.5 km (14 miles) east and 4.8 km (3 miles) north of the junction of Highway No. 4 and Primary Grid No. 799 located 3.2 km (2 miles) south of Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan.

SUBMISSION

ELECTRONIC BIDS will be received electronically by email to audey@sarm.ca until 10:00 a.m. CST on Wednesday March 18, 2026 and will be opened sometime on March 20, 2026. The tender opening will not be public. Announcement of the tender results will occur on or before March 26, 2026. Bids shall be submitted with the subject line “RM588-2025-001 BID” and shall be in PDF format. The time provided by the sarm.ca email client will be used to determine the official time.

SUBMISSION (cont.)

At any time prior to the closing time for bidding, a Bidder may withdraw, modify or correct its Bid by email submission of a written notice, signed by an authorized representative of the Bidder.
The Bid withdrawal shall be submitted with the subject line “RM588-2025-001 WITHDRAWAL” and shall be in PDF format.
The Bid modification or correction shall be submitted with the subject line “RM588-2025-001 CHANGE” and shall be in PDF format.
In the event of multiple notices of modification or correction, all notices shall be applied to the previously modified Unit Price for the purpose of calculating the new modified Unit Price.

Unless withdrawn in accordance with the instructions provided, Bids are irrevocable for 60 days after the close of bidding.

Bidders shall submit all inquiries pertaining to the Bid Package documents a minimum of 3 business days prior to close of bidding directed to: audey@sarm.ca

Material substitutions and/or proposed equivalents will only be considered after the award of the Proposed Work.

NO SOLICITATION

The Rural Municipality of Meadow Lake No. 588 and the Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities shall not consider or respond to any unsolicited offers, alternatives, or inquiries not directly related to bidding on the Proposed Work.
