The Land Conservation service area of the Sauk County Land Resources and Environment
Department (Department) is interested in constructing a pavilion with amenities located at the Sauk County Farm. Construction will include engineering as noted within the RFB. The County would also like to have the option to add-on additional amenities including installation of ADA accessible grills and parking space construction. All Bidders must complete, sign, and return Part 3 of this RFB with their Bid.

March 11, 2025, at 1:00 PM Central Time Opportunity to inspect the site with County Staff
March 14, 2025, at 4:00 PM Central Time Deadline submit clarifying questions
March 28, 2025, at 3:00 PM Central Time Bids due
April Bid awarded
