Synopsis:

|
This Request for Bid (RFB) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Bidders to provide Bids for the provision of Saskatchewan Polytechnic 8th Floor Respiratory Therapy Lab Tenant Improvement, as further described in the RFB Particulars (Appendix A).
To avoid disruption to the RT program, it is preferred for site construction to commence in May 2026 and tenant improvement be completed no later than June 26, 2026.

A pre-tender site meeting will be held at 10 a.m. CST (Local Saskatchewan Time) on February 19, 2026. Attendance is not mandatory, however all contractors are encouraged to have examined the existing site conditions prior to submitting a bid. Bidders are to gather at Saskatchewan Polytechnic Regina Campus, 4500 Wascana Parkway, in the front entrance lobby area of the building.
