The Lee Kennedy Company (LKCO) is the awarded CM on the new UConn School of Nursing project. This project is a 5-story 90,000 SF new out of ground building located along Bolton Road in the existing S-Lot parking lot. This solicitation is for the re-bid of the lab casework scope and bid package #123553. Contractors must contact and send an email to estimating@leekennedy.com to access the bid documents. Contractors will receive an invitation to bid via email through Lee Kennedy’s preconstruction platform iSqFt. Contractors shall refer to specification 00 20 00 Instructions to Bidders for additional information and requirements associated with the solicitation.
