The Lee Kennedy Company (LKCO) is the awarded CM on the new UConn School of Nursing project. This project is a 5-story 90,000 SF new out of ground building located along Bolton Road in the existing S-Lot parking lot. This solicitation is for the re-bid of the lab casework scope and bid package #123553. Contractors must contact and send an email to estimating@leekennedy.com to access the bid documents.
