Description: |
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Commonwealth) intends to award multiple contracts for the purchase of multi-functional devices (MFDs) and related services. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) will cover the requirements of the Commonwealth and COSTARS. Only Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) may submit proposals for this IFB. Bidders must meet the requirements detailed in Section III of the Specifications.
Bidders have the opportunity, through the submission of quotes, to provide MFDs and related services to Commonwealth agencies at locations across the state. The Commonwealth currently has approximately 6,000 devices installed. |
