Bids shall be addressed to and received by First Selectman, Bernie Dennler, 127 Norwich Avenue, Suite 201, Colchester, Connecticut 06415 on or before 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 26th 2025. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “Design of Colchester Athletic Complexes RFP 2025-001” The Town of Colchester (the Owner) is soliciting proposals from design firms for engineering services for the rehabilitation of its sports fields, courts, and appurtenances at Bacon Academy High School and the athletic courts and appurtenances at the Colchester RecPlex.
