The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is requesting Proposals for Feasibility Study Community Land Trust. Project work consists of maintenance-related pavement restoration to return roadways and paved surfaces to their existing condition following utility cuts, potholes, or localized pavement failures, in accordance with applicable GDOT, County, and local standards.
