This project generally consists of all necessary work to complete improvements as described on the Contract Plans and Specifications for the base bid. Improvements include saw-cutting existing bituminous concrete pavement, installation of stormwater structures and piping, installation of sanitary sewer piping and manholes, milling existing bituminous concrete, installation of new bituminous concrete, and other related miscellaneous work as shown on the plans or directed by the Owner. Sealed bids will be received by the Public Works Department, Town of Windsor Locks, 6 Stanton Road, Windsor Locks CT 06096, until 2:00 PM prevailing time on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, when they will be opened publicly and read aloud.
