LANDSCAPING SERVICES AT DALTON MUNICIPAL AIRPORT

Sealed bids will be received by City of Dalton for LANDSCAPING SERVICES AT DALTON MUNICIPAL AIRPORT on Friday, February 7, 2025 until 2:00 PM at the Office of Finance Director, City Hall, 300 West Waugh Street, Dalton, Georgia 30721. Bids will be publicly opened and read at that time.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 AM Friday, January 24, 2025 at the Dalton Municipal Airport. Please reserve an hour to tour the site included in this package.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The work consists of MOWING AND OTHER SERVICES AT DALTON MUNICIPAL AIRPORT. The location of the work is the Dalton Municipal Airport at 4483 Airport Rd Dalton, GA 30721. The bid submitted will be for furnishing all necessary supervision, materials, labor and equipment required for satisfactorily completing the specified work for a 3-year period beginning March 1, 2025 ¿ Dec 1, 2027. Bids should be broken into 3 lump sums ¿ 1 for each calendar year. Duration of this contract work will be for calendar years 2025, 2026 and 2027. At the end of calendar years 2025 and 2026, both the City and the Contractor must mutually agree to extend the contract work for another year at the contract bid price.

Bids will be required to remain open for acceptance or rejection for sixty (60) calendar days after the date of opening of bids.
