RFP Engineering, Procurement and Major Salvage Operations Management Services
The MIRA Dissolution Authority (the “Authority”) seeks proposals from engineering / demolition / construction management firms to provide Engineering, Procurement and Major Salvage Operations Management Services for the Hartford Resource Recovery Facility, Jet Turbine Facility and South Meadows Site (“Demolition and Salvage Contractor”). The selected Demolition and Salvage Contractor will be expected to work with the Authority’s Equipment Brokerage Contractor and Metals Recycling Contractor (currently being solicited via RFP 25-AUTH-001) to facilitate the sale and removal of non-structural Installed Equipment from the Site pursuant to the Scope of Work outlined herein.
