You are invited to review and respond to this Request for Proposals (RFP) No. CTCAC02-26, entitled Operational Modernization Consulting Services. The California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (CTCAC) is soliciting proposals from firms to support a comprehensive operational modernization effort. Recent assessments have identified significant operational challenges that limit CTCAC-s efficiency and its ability to meet statewide housing coordination objectives. CTCAC workflows rely on -fragmented- systems and manual processes across three disconnected databases, resulting in inefficiencies, information leakage, and organizational silos. To address these challenges and advance CTCAC-s strategic goals, the Committee seeks a qualified consultant to conduct an operational audit, develop a modernization roadmap, and provide transition oversight for future system and process implementation.
