Project Description: The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is seeking bids from prospective Bidders to provide all labor, materials, and expertise for preventative maintenance, and repairs services for Kodak Scanners Statewide. The maintenance services shall include all parts outside of consumables and provide for on-site troubleshooting and repair. Bidders shall refer to Attachment 1 – New Kodak Scanners and Attachment 2 – Existing Kodak Scanners for detailed information on scanner models, locations, and serial numbers. There is no guaranteed minimum usage for requested materials and services.
