General Information:
The project will include demolishing of existing dry fire sprinkler system from the head of the system to the piping and sprinkler heads themselves and replacing with new components.
This shall be replaced with a new dry sprinkler system. The Equestrian Arena is approximately 70,000SF.

Pre-Bid Conference:
A Non-Mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 1:00 pm.
Contractors shall meet at 17402 NE Delfel Road, Ridgefield WA 98642. The meeting will start in the Admin Conference Room and then proceed to the Equestrian Area.
