The New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services ("DCAS") is issuing a solicitation to obtain bids for ASPHALT CEMENT, PRE-PACKAGED . This will be a 5-Year Requirements Contract ("RC"). The sponsoring Agency is the Department of Transportation ("DOT") . Please see the solicitation documents in PASSPort for additional details.
