Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms that may lead to the award of a contract perform Land Surveying Services, on an -as-needed- basis to support the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), Roadway Construction services, District 04.

The work must be performed on projects to improve the State transportation system throughout the counties of Alameda, Contra Costa, and Santa Clara in California within the limits of District 4. The specific location within the above-described geographical limits of the work to be performed must be identified in each task order.

Unless modified by Addenda, RFQ Requirements Question & Answer (Q&A's) must be received no later than seven (7) business days after RFQ advertisement.

The estimated contract amount is $19,600,000.00 - $31,850,000.00

The estimated contract term is three (3) years.

Addendum 1 - DBE CM GenAI and SOQ

It is the responsibility of the consultants/subs/vendors to identify teams that may be submitting a Statement of Qualifications. The Department has no way of identifying companies or entities that have downloaded the project documents for teaming purposes.
