The District of North Vancouver (“District”) invites detailed Proposals from consultant firms (“Proponents”) for developing Best Management Practices (BMPs) guidelines document for geotechnical groundwater monitoring and stormwater management in the District of North Vancouver (‘the District’).

The guidelines document will serve as a reference for engineering consultants, ensuring that groundwater monitoring, onsite stormwater management, and infrastructure design comply with all applicable District bylaws (e.g. Development Servicing Bylaw 8145, Sewer Bylaw 6656, Construction Bylaw 8271), regulations and policies, as well as Metro Vancouver, provincial and federal statutes and regulations. The guidelines will apply to both single-family and multi-family developments, including new construction and redevelopment projects. The final documents must be suitable for professionals and the general public, with content that is accessible and adaptable for future updates.
