1. Synopsis
This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes only. This is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources to perform the services described below. The Government is seeking to identify qualified vendors, particularly small businesses, who are capable of meeting the Government's requirements.
The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. The information received will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a future procurement.
2. Requirement Description
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Stewart, GA, on behalf of the 3d Infantry Division (3ID) G2, has a requirement for non-personal services to provide comprehensive maintenance, emergency repair, and cybersecurity sustainment for the Government's existing DAQ Electronics Starwatch™ Security Management System (SMS) and Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS).
The place of performance is Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. The anticipated period of performance is a 12-month base year with three (3) 12-month option periods, projected to begin on or around the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2027.
3. Mandatory Requirements
This requirement includes two (2) mandatory, non-negotiable constraints. Interested vendors MUST be able to meet both requirements at the time of proposal submission for any future solicitation.

Interested parties are requested to provide a capabilities statement package (not to exceed 5 pages) that demonstrates the ability to perform the services described herein. The package must be submitted via email to the points of contact listed in Section 5 of this notice. Please include the following information in your response:
