Project Description: The City of Victoria is seeking a Consultant to work with the City’s Emergency Management Team to support the development, training and exercising of quick response guides for Victoria Police, Victoria Fire, and Victoria Public Works and Engineering Departments. Emergency Management staff will be delivering an Emergency Operations Section Exercise on November 19th, 2025.
