High School Turf Baseball and Softball Fields

Lewisville Independent School District ("LISD", "District") is a Texas public school located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area, encompasses approximately 127 square miles, and has approximately 47,000 students and 6,400 staff members.

As part of the 2024 Bond Program, the Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for High School Turf Baseball and Softball Fields. The scope includes converting all existing high school fields from natural grass to synthetic turf. The selected supplier must be able to complete the baseball turf replacement at ALL five high school campuses.

1. Flower Mound High School - 3411 Peters Colony Road Flower Mound, TX 75022

2. Hebron High School - 4207 Plano Parkway Carrollton, TX 75010

3. Lewisville High School - 1098 W. Main Street Lewisville, TX 75067

4. Marcus High School - 5707 Morriss Road Flower Mound, TX 75028

5. The Colony High School - 4301 Blair Oaks The Colony, TX 75056 -(exclude softball field)

This request for Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) follows Government Code 2269.

Estimated construction/public works costs (subject to change): $15,108,480. This number will change as the project is developed but should be used as an estimate for the purposes of this CSP.

The estimated completion date for this project: The project must be completed by October 1, 2025.

The architect drawings and specifications are provided by LISD's Civil Engineering firm, McAdams for this project as outlined in the design documents (attached under the "Attachments" tab of this proposal).
