Abstract
The Delaware Department of Education (DDOE) seeks to award funds through the Reserve Fund under the provisions of the Carl D. Perkins Strengthening Career and Technical Education forthe 21st Century Act (known as Perkins V), [Section 112 & 131] for the purpose of implementing and improving Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs of study. This request for application (“RFA”) is issued pursuant to 29 Del. C. §§ 6981 and 6982.
