INVITATION FOR BID

The City of Westfield, Massachusetts, acting through its Director Purchas¬ing, will receive sealed bids for:

Bid of IFB #27-004

Rental of up to five (5) Mack LE600 Dual Drive Side Loader Trash Trucks

Said bids will be addressed to the Department of Purchase, City Hall, 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA 01085. These bids will be received until 11:00 A.M. September 16, 2026 at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.  Any bids received after the specified time will not be accepted. All bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "SEALED BID ENCLOSED IFB# 27-004 Rental of Trash Trucks”.

The City of Westfield Director of Purchasing reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding.   Bids shall be valid for 60 business days after the bid receipt date. Also reserved is the right to reject, for cause, any bid in part or whole, if it is judged by the Director of Purchasing that the best interests of the City will be served thereby.
