Las Vegas Valley Water District invites qualified firms (Bidders) to submit Bids for the following Work, see Contract Documents for full details:
The Site of the project is located at 309 S. Valley View Boulevard APN 139-31-602-003, 139-30-801-001, 139-29-401-001, and 139-32-101-001, Nevada, and within the City of Las Vegas jurisdiction.
The Work consists of site improvements at the Springs Preserve. The project will involve installation of security gates, gate frames, and fences at ticketing plaza, cafe entrance and all remote areas on the property indicated on the drawings. Landscape improvements will be necessary to meet the needs of the proposed improvements. Removal of several trees will be required to accommodate the proposed improvements and bringing landscape to original condition whenever disturbed by the project activities.
