The 354th Eielson Contracting Squadron is seeking qualification packages for A&E service for the project below:
The Architect-Engineer (A-E) shall conduct master planning support to include services to develop the Industrial District Plan at Eielson Air Force Base (AFB), by collecting the most recent data and working with installation participants, mission partners, and stakeholders in a 4-day site visit and collaborative planning workshop to update the existing Installation Development Pan (IDP) recommendations as required to meet current and future mission requirements. This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the A-E services to provide a district plan, and required supporting documentation, for the Industrial District at Eielson (AFB), Alaska.
The A-E is responsible for providing all research, investigation, estimating, planning, and supporting information required to prepare the District Plan and related documents. All planning considerations and subsequent construction activities produced from the District Plan must follow all applicable codes and laws governing the repair of Air Force Real Property assets identified in Section 1.6. The current version of all applicable codes and laws at the time of contract award will apply. It is the responsibility of the A-E to confirm with 354 CES Programming (354 CEN/CENP) what versions are valid for the District Plan.
The District Plan to support the development of the requirements for the Industrial District will have at a minimum, the following items:
• Illustrative Plan
• Execution Plan
• Capacity Plan
• Regulating Plan
• Executive Summary
The contract schedule set fourth in the statement of work requires a delivery within 365 calendar days.
