Project Description: The Brodhead Creek Regional Authority will receive sealed bids online for the following item:
“Wastewater Treatment Plant Sludge Removal” – removal and proper disposal of biosolids from Authority’s wastewater treatment plant facility located at 6 South 4th Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360.
Bids are to be submitted online via the PennBid™ Program before December 11, 2024, at 2:00 PM EST. All documents and solicitation details are available at no cost on the PennBid website www.PennBid.net.
Bid security in the form of money orders, bid bonds, certified checks, or cashier’s checks for the amount of 10% of the total bid is required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
