Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, Orlando, Florida, was awarded a$1,900,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for C-130J Maintenanceand Training System (JMATS) IV. This contract provides for the continuation of production,modernization, sustainment, and support, via the Training System Support Center of C-130JAircrew Training Devices, Maintenance Training Devices, and Maintenance and AircrewTraining System. Work will be performed at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas; DyessAFB, Texas; Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina; Marine Corps AirStation Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii; Coast Guard Air Station Elizabeth City, North Carolina;Quonset Point Air National Guard, Rhode Island; Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi;Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California; Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base FortWorth, Texas; Ramstein Air Base, Germany; Yokota Air Base, Japan; and Marine Corps AirStation Iwakuni, Japan, and is expected to be completed by Feb. 28, 2039. The JMATS IVcontract will be composed of one five-year base ordering period and one five-year optionperiod, with an additional three years for the completion of all deliveries. Fiscal 2026operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $1,000 per for the initial task order arebeing obligated at the time of award.
