Polycarbonate H-Shaped Markers and Raised Pavement Markers.
Bid Opening: Wednesday July 1, 2026 @ 2:00 P.M.
The date of availability for this project is August 2, 2026.
The date of completion for this project is August 3, 2027, with option to renew it for 2
additional 1-year periods.
The North Carolina Department of Transportation is requesting bids for the above-mentioned
project. Interested bidders can download and print bid related documents from the Division 10

It will be the Contractor's responsibility to continue to monitor the NCDOT website for any
addendums or other updates concerning this project.
Contractors must be pre-qualified with NCDOT as Bidder or PO Prime Contractor prior to bidding

Sealed bids must be received in the Tenth Division Office at 716 W. Main Street in Albemarle NC
by 2:00PM Wednesday July 1, 2026. Bids must be submitted on the official bid sheet, submitted

To reduce exposure to the COVID-19 virus, the Bid Opening will not be open to the public in the
usual manner. The Letting results will be broadcast via conference call at 2:00 PM on the bid
opening day. You may attend the conference call by dialing 1-888-251-2909 and entering 7653259
as the access code. The results will also be uploaded to the Division 10 letting website as well.

The North Carolina Department of Transportation, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of

insure that the contract entered into pursuant to this notice will be awarded to the lowest

NOTE TO BIDDERS: Due to the need for NCDOT personnel to separate all Proposals after the
award of the Contract, Division 10 is requesting that all bidders refrain from stapling these large
proposals together and instead use a Binder Clip to bind the bid package together. Your attention
to this matter is greatly appreciated.
