RFP AMENDMENT #1 IS BEING ISSUED AND POSTED TO:
(1) Incorporate the attached, "Attachment 02 - Offeror's Request for Clarifications" dated July 1, 2025," as a result of clarifications from Prospective Vendors.
(2) RFP due date is not extended and will remain as July 16, 2025, 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).

SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions.
SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory invites interested vendors to submit a proposal in accordance with the attached RFP preparation requirements for the Power Factor Correction System. Any clarification requests are due by Friday, June 27, 2025. Your proposal must be received no later than Wednesday, July 16, 2025, 5:00 PM PDT, and be valid for 90 days after submission.
