The City of St. Petersburg is seeking qualified professional dive contractors to inspect and perform necessary repairs on a 13-buoy mooring field located in the North Basin.
Originally installed in 2010, the system includes helical anchors, chain and line components, and stainless-steel shackles. The mooring field has been inactive for several years, with some buoys detached from their anchors. The scope of work includes a full inspection of all anchor points and replacement of any worn or missing running components.
