Additional Instructions
Only Master Contractors that are awarded a contract under the Cable and Wiring Inside Plant Master Contract, 001B5600002, are eligible to submit a bid in response to this secondary competition Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP).
This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement for which the award will be limited to certified small business vendors. Only businesses that meet the statutory requirements set forth in State Finance and Procurement Article, §§14-501—14-505, Annotated Code of Maryland, and that are certified by GOSBA Small Business Reserve Program are eligible for the award of a contract.

Pre-Bid Conference Details
A pre-bid site visit to examine the facility and work to be completed will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2025 at 10:00AM EST. While this site visit is not mandatory it is encouraged as it is the only opportunity for bidders to view the spaces referenced in the scope of work and confirm measurements and existing conditions. All vendors wishing to attend the pre-bid walkthrough shall submit a list of attendees in writing to the Agency Point of Contact listed in Section 2 no later than Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at 4:00 P.M. EST. A maximum of two (2) attendees per vendor will be permitted. Attendees will be required to present a valid, government issued picture identification upon arrival at the facility; failure to provide this identification will result in denial of admittance to the facility. The walkthrough will begin with a safety briefing and instructions. All questions resulting from the walkthrough will be answered at a conference to be held at the conclusion of the walkthrough to ensure responses are provided in writing to all prospective bidders.
