Project Location: 220 Charlton Street, Southbridge, MA 01550
Southbridge Public Schools is seeking quotes from qualified contractors for a Flooring Removal & Installation Project at the above location.
Scope of Work Includes:
- Removal and disposal of existing VCT flooring and vinyl cove base
- Floor preparation including cleaning, patching, and leveling
- Installation of approximately 3,000 sq. ft. of Mannington Color Anchor Groove LVT flooring
- Installation of walk-off carpet at designated entry points
- Installation of new vinyl cove base throughout
- Installation of transitions to adjacent areas
- Complete cleanup and project closeout
Special Requirements:
- All work must comply with manufacturer specifications and industry standards
- Prevailing wage rates apply
- OSHA certification required for all workers
- 50% payment bond required for projects exceeding $25,000
