Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description:This project includes removing and replacement of a direct buried condensate line between two concrete vaults with pre-insulated piping. The contractor shall be responsible to provide the correct slope of the condensate line between the two vaults. A condensate pump trap will be placed in the upstream vault to allow the contractor to provide the correct elevation for the slope. Contractor shall provide new asphalt paving of the removed parking lot and road. Provide new curbing, gutter and sod repair where applicable.
Construction Cost Estimate:$340,000.00
