NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE GRAVES COUNTY FISCAL COURT WILL BE ACCEPTING SEALED BIDS FOR:

LANDSCAPE FOR THE ENTRANCE AT TONY SMITH PARK

The Graves County Fiscal Court will be accepting sealed bids for landscape for the entrance at Tony Smith Park.

SCOPE OF WORK:

2 Landscape Beds

Weed Barrier with Soaker Hoses

Decorative Landscape Rock Medium Size (Tan or Alabama Sunset) or Double Ground Bark Mulch (Black and Red) (Include in the bid one for rock and one bid for mulch)

Crepe Myrtles

Limelight Hydrangeas

Boxwoods

Dwarf Loropetalum

Brown Metal Edging to outline the outer edge of the beds

Plant materials need to be close to matured size as possible.

The Graves County Fiscal Court reserves the right to use tax exempt status to purchase materials for the project.

All permits, licenses, and liability will be responsibility of the contractor.

The Graves County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Sealed bids will be accepted until 10 a.m. on August 21, 2025 at which time said sealed bids will be opened and read. All bids need to be turned into the Graves County Judge Executive Office, 1102 Paris Road, Suite 2, Mayfield, Ky. 42066
