Description
The Department of Employment and Social Development Canada - Service Canada – Integrated Service Strategy and Operations has a requirement for the supply of a ready to use out of the box ‘Decision Management and Publication Tool’ to integrate seamlessly into the Employment Insurance Board of Appeal Secretariat’s external website. The tool will provide the public with enhanced client experience through intuitive, accessible, and interactive features and functionalities, while maintaining compliance with Canadian legal standards and deliver on public engagement objectives.
