This is an RFQ solicitation for suppliers to provide the pricing for the purchase of Becton Dickinson reagents and supplies for the Ohio Department of Health Laboratory (ODHL) TB Program.

The Ohio Department of Health Laboratory will select the lowest responsive and responsible bidder providing a complete quote for the exact items requested. No alternatives will be accepted.

For funding purposes, items are required to be in hand, in full within 30 days of receipt of the Purchase Order. Backorders, partial orders and alternative items will not be accepted. All items will be delivered to the address below.
