Rail Safety Enhancement Program - Phase A (Construction Management and Independent Cost Estimator Services)

Project Description: The Alameda County Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC) invites you to submit a proposal to provide construction management and independent cost estimator services for the Rail Safety Enhancement Program – Phase A. The anticipated performance period is for an initial period of 48 months from June 30, 2025, to June 30, 2029, with the option to extend the term by amendment for additional years of service up to construction and closeout completion. This contract will be funded in part by Federal Railroad Administration’s Consolidated Rail Infrastructure and Safety Improvements funding and as such, will not be subject to a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program or the Alameda CTC Local Business Contract Equity Program. However, Alameda CTC strongly encourages each proposer to consider the use of disadvantaged, local and/or small business enterprises in its proposal. Responses should be submitted in accordance with the requirements and instructions set forth in this Request for Proposals (RFP).
