To establish a contract for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of fire Alarm, Sprinkler, and Fire Suppression Systems within the Northern Virginia (NOVA) District which is comprised of the counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William. The Contractor must be licensed and must provide all tools, materials, equipment, and consumables necessary to complete services outlined in this contract. Prime Contractor shall possess a Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) Virginia Class ?A? Contractor license specializing in Fire Sprinkler (SPR), Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), and Fire Suppression (FSP). This solicitation will result in a Time and Materials type contract.
