The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico is conducting market research and seeking sources capable to provide Fire Prevention & Protection Systems Maintenance & Repairs at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico.

REQUIRED CAPABILITIES

a)Preventive Maintenance for Fire Alarm, Sprinkler System, Mass Notification, Fire Pump, Clean Agent, Water Tanks as require by system regulations.

b) repairs for Fire Alarm, Sprinker System, Mass Notification, Fire Pump, Clean Agent, and Water Tanks as required to maintain system fully operational.

ELIGIBILITY

The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 561621, Security Systems Services a Small Business Size Standard of $25,000,000. The Product Service Code is J042. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their capabilities statement.

A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached for review. (Attachment 1)

Interested parties are requested to submit a capabilities statement, information requested and answers to all questions indicated. The deadline for response to this request is no later than 17 October 2025; 10:00 am, Atlantic Standard Time. This documentation must address at a minimum the following items:

1.) What type of work has your company performed in the past in support of the same or similar requirement?

2.) What specific technical skills does your company possess which ensure capability to perform the tasks?

The estimated period of performance consists of (Base Period) plus 4 (One year) Option Periods and is anticipated to be awarded on the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2026.

The contract type is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed Type contract type.

All data received in response to this Sources Sought that is marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from any release outside the Government.
