Project Description: The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Mosquito Abatement District - Davis (MAD-D).
Questions: Questions concerning the Request for Qualifications should be directed to Gary Hatch, Executive Director of MAD-D, at ghatch@davismosquito.org. No responses will be made to questions received later than 12:00 p.m. MST on October 3rd, 2025.
Submission: Each responding firm must submit five (5) copies of its submission no later than 3:00 p.m. on October 8th, 2025, to the office of Gary Hatch, Mosquito Abatement District-Davis, 85 North 600 West, Kaysville, Utah 84037.
Pre-bid Conference: A pre-proposal conference meeting will be held in MAD-D main conference room at the Mosquito Abatement District-Davis administration building on September 23, 2025, 10:00 AM. The procurement will only be posted in U3P-Bonfire for the RFSQ phase. Fee schedule and pricing should not be included in the first phase of the RFQ process.
