Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada (CSC) has a requirement for an employee assistance program to provide counselling and well-being services for CSC employees across Canada.
Objectives: CSC is committed to making available, a confidential and voluntary Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for all CSC employees across Canada.
Deliverables: The contractor must provide EAP services to employees, their dependents, and students, specific to issues that may be affecting their personal or work life, their productivity, or both. The contractor must provide services that are short-term, solution-focused, and include referrals to appropriate additional services, when relevant.
Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.
Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment.
Duration of Contract and Time Frame for Delivery:
Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of Contract award to three (03) years later, with the option to renew for two (02) additional one-year periods.
