The Maryland Department of Transportation/Maryland Transit Administration (MDOT/MTA) is seeking information from qualified vendors to replace its existing mobile ticketing application with a new commercial off-the-shelf mobile ticking application for current MDOT MTA services and, possibly, regional partner agencies. This RFI aims to gather information on potential solutions, service options, and implementation strategies to enhance our current ticketing system and improve customer experience particularly for unbanked and underbanked customers. About 85% of BaltimoreLink customers are near or below the federal poverty level.
