Design-Build Services for 2021 and 2023 Bond District-Wide MEP and HVAC Systems

College Station Independent School District (CSISD) is seeking proposal responses for the following products or services:

The College Station Independent School District, (hereafter called the "District" “Owner” or "CSISD") will receive proposals from selected Qualified Proposers to RFQ 26-007: District-Wide HVAC Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Projects, including the scope detailed in Exhibit A.

The Owner seeks to enter into a Design-Build Contract with a Design-Build Firm for Design-Build services to complete the Project scope, pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 2269, Subchapter G, and in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements outlined in this (Step 2) Request for Proposal (“RFP”).
RFP # 26-007 for Design-Build Services District-Wide HVAC Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Projects in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions, and requirements/specifications contained in this Solicitation.

RFP documents may be downloaded by selecting the "Attachments" tab and clicking on "download" for each document to use to prepare and submit your response.

All questions shall be submitted electronically via the "Questions Tab".

Responses ("Proposals" or  "Offers") shall be submitted electronically through the District's e-sourcing system (the "System").

CSISD is accepting responses from vendors for the specifications and terms and conditions communicated in the online solicitation. CSISD reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to waive technical defects in responses, and select the response that is deemed most advantageous to the District. It shall be the sole responsibility of each Proposer to ensure review of all Addenda issued in connection to this Solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. The District’s sole point of contact for questions regarding this solicitation is listed below. Unless otherwise indicated, any communication regarding this solicitation, including requests for clarification, must be submitted via the "Questions Tab".
