****************READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW - THERE WILL BE A SITE VISIT FOR THIS PROJECT*****************
The project scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Mobilization, quality control, removal and installation of a new standing seam metal roof including underlayment, ridge vent, flashing, drip edge, roof curbs, crickets, gutters, and downspouts, installation of roof, valley, gutter, and downspout ice/snow melt system including electrical circuits; interior and exterior modifications including removal of carpet and installation of carpet tiles, replacing stained and damaged acoustical panels and ceiling tiles, and seal windows, installation of (8) additional communication outlets and associated electrical for telecom.
Optional Item - Install chain link fence, personnel walk thru gate, motorized gate with operator and keypad, and associated electrical and safeties.
Work for this project requires the contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, scheduling, coordination, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight, and delivery to complete contract requirements in compliance with approved final drawings, specifications and provisions.
A site visit is scheduled for July 22, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time. The project is located at the South Park Ranger District Office on the Pike National Forest, South Park Ranger District in South Park County, Colorado, directly north of the intersection of US Highway 285 and CO-9 in Fairplay, CO. (Physical address: 320 US Hwy 285, Fairplay, CO 80440.)
