NOTICE TO BIDDERS: RFP 25-FD-01 Consulting Services for Frederick Community College Foundation Feasibility Study. Frederick Community College and its Board of Trustees seeks the assistance of an organization, firm or individual who has a proven track record in the ability to conduct comprehensive campaign planning studies. FCC is requesting proposal submissions from fundraising consultants to conduct a comprehensive campaign planning study.

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on March 11, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the College, Gambrill Hall, Room G206.  Proposals will be received via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker no later than 2:00 PM local time on March 26, 2025. Please see the solicitation documents on the Frederick Community College Bid Board for additional information.
