Solicitation Summary

Maryland Department of Health’s (MDH) Springfield Department (SHC), located at 6655 Sykesville Road, Sykesville, Maryland, is a fully Joint Commission accredited, CMS certified facility and is an integral part of the mental health services delivery system of the State of Maryland, providing inpatient treatment for adults.

To ensure the safety and welfare of patients and staff as well as maintaining operations of the facility, the Maryland Department of Health is seeking a contractor to perform repair services related to eleven (11) emergency generators which provide emergency power in the event of power failure. The repair services shall include but is not limited to inspection, troubleshooting, load testing and corrective maintenance to restore reliable generator operation.
