REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) for LHD Ballast Hydraulic Power Packs



THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS



(RFQ); IT IS STRICTLY A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI). NEITHER UNSOLICITED PROPOSALS NOR ANY OTHER KINDS OF OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED IN RESPONSE TO THIS RFI. NO CONTRACT/ORDER WILL BE AWARDED PURSUANT TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.

The government is seeking information on the availability of material that can meet the attached requirements and may act as a replacement Hydraulic Power Pack on LHD Ballast systems, supplying hydraulic fluid to distributed manifolds for the actuation of sea valves. The government is in search of products that are readily available to meet these requirements, the lead time for the materials involved, and if there are additional features/capabilities that exceed the attached requirements.
