The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB) Door Replacement on Building #35, for Bronx Psychiatric Center Building #35 1500 Waters Place Bronx NY 10461

The required specifications are listed in Section 1 - Scope of Work in the IFB document.

Pre-bid Conference/Site Visit Registration Forms are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, November 26th, 2024.

There is a Mandatory Site Visit at 10:00 AM ET on December 4th, 2024.

Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, December 11 ^th , 2024.

Questions will be accumulated by OMH and responses will be sent to potential bidders 3:00 PM ET, December 16th, 2024. The Q&A will also be posted to this advertisement.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET, December 19th, 2024. No late bids will be accepted.
